From the north, via Route 38 South:

Follow Route 38 south past the Cherry Hill Mall and its merger with Route 70 West. Stay right for Route 30 West (look for rising ramp that traverses the old Airport Circle). Stay right.

Look for signs that say "Camden-Rutgers University, 'last exit before toll'." Take that exit (after gas station) on left. Stay left on one way street headed towards Ben Franklin Bridge. Drive with Caution. Just before the bridge take left onto one way road: Haddon Avenue. Get to right hand lane. Make first right onto Cooper Avenue. From the east, via Route 70 West:
